My fascination with hair began at a young age. From experimenting on my younger sister to giving my grandma her regular cuts, I've always been drawn to the beauty of hair. After achieving a bachelor's degree from MSU, I went on to study hair with Douglas J. After completing basic education I continued on to earn my instructors liscense and teach incoming students the fundamentals of hairdressing. I enjoy hair cutting for women, men and children, and I'm well educated and practiced in hand painted highlighting (balayage) and soft natural hair coloring. Having been in the industry for 10 years, my favorite parts of being a hairdresser are the genuine connections I get to make with people.
